How We Work

A simple process.
A finished home.

We keep the experience straightforward. No guessing, no surprises — just a clear path from the first conversation to the final coat of paint.

Step 01

01

Consultation & Design

We start with a walk-through of the home. You show us the rooms you're thinking about, share any photos or references you've collected, and tell us what's bothering you about the space today.

We bring measurements, profile samples, and a working knowledge of what fits classical residential proportions. By the end of the visit, we've usually sketched a workable scope — rough enough to budget against, specific enough to be real.

Step 02

02

Detailed Estimate

Within a few days, you receive a written quote. Every profile, every linear foot of material, every labor hour is itemized. No lump-sum mystery numbers.

If a portion of the scope is optional or upgrade-able, we line-item it separately so you can pick the version that fits your budget. You'll know exactly what you're getting before we lift a single board.

Step 03

03

Installation

Our crew arrives on the scheduled start date. We lay drop cloths, set up cut stations where they won't disturb your day-to-day, and protect floors and adjacent surfaces.

We work clean. We clean up at the end of every day. And we work until every joint is tight, every line is true, and every reveal is consistent. If something isn't right, we redo it — that's part of the job.

Step 04

04

Paint-Ready Handoff

Before we leave, we fill every nail hole, caulk every joint, and sand every surface that needs it. Your painter walks in to a fully prepared surface — no surprises, no extra prep hours billed to you.

We walk the finished work with you and answer any questions before we close out the project. If anything settles or needs a touch-up in the months after, we come back.

Let's start with a conversation.

Tell us about the home, even if you're not sure yet what you want. We'll take it from there.
